Best Answer: I dunno if this will make you feel better, I have the same thermostat and the instructions are useless. They are not correct.

I have the HTM611A model. But, most of them are the same. I can't program the thermostat. If I follow the instructions and use the copy feature, at best, I can only get one day. I can't manually program each individual day either. Noma is made by UPM.

Now, I am stuck with manually turning on and off (increasing the temps by the up and down arrow) which is very time consuming, especially when you're rushing to leave for work in the morning. No doubt, the unit will break very soon as a result.

Of course, it very well could be possible that UPM has made a few bad batches too. I'm trying to reach UPM's customer service: 1-888-468-6876, but talking to some minimum wage earner in India who has a very thick accent isn't going to be fun. We had the same t-stat installed in our home, by a HVAC company last winter. It worked fine all summer, this winter our heat pump would not shut off, it would get so hot in our home!
