Nancy Lewis, MS, CCC-SLP, MPA Nancy Lewis, Assistant Professor University of New Mexico School of Medicine, has practiced as a pediatric speech-language pathologist for thirty-five years.

She obtained her B.A. Degree from University of Florida, her Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from University of Arizona, completed a post-graduate Fellowship in Child Development at the University of Texas Medical Branch and recently completed a MPA degree from University of Colorado-Denver. Early in her career, she co-authored the Khan-Lewis Phonological Analysis with Linda Khan, a companion tool to the Goldman-Fristoe Test of Articulation (Third Edition, 2015; Pearson Publishing) and has trained hundreds of speech-language pathologists in assessment and remediation practices for children with speech sound disorders. Currently, Nancy leads an initiative for the early identification of communication delays, developmental delays and autism spectrum disorder. She serves as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Act Early Ambassador to New Mexico.
